Originally part of the Griffen family farm, Maple Moor was named for its many maple trees. Howard J. Griffen settled the farm in 1879, where he built a cider mill and a four-story barn.

Griffen’s son later became mayor of White Plains, NY, where he designed the golf course for the farm.

Maple Moor was recently renovated with new bunkers, sand traps, cart paths, irrigation systems, and drainage systems with retention ponds. There have also been extensive renovations to the course.

Passholders and non-passholders alike can book a tee time online to make everything run smoothly.

And after a day on the range, you can kick back with a drink and dinner at the restaurant on the premises. You can look forward to a ribeye steak, fresh salmon, and pasta entrées, among more options.
