Much of the shoreline is accessible from dawn to dusk, especially in front of Delamar Greenwich Harbor and the office building next door.

 

Continue down Steamboat Road to find a promontory jutting out into Greenwich Harbor. From there, you can see:

  • The Greenwich mansions lining the shores of Greenwich Harbor
  • Long Island, across the Sound

On a nice day, it’s a perfect spot to watch the various sailing boats plying the waters of the harbor.

Beaches near Greenwich Harbor

Greenwich is the coastal beach vacation of your dreams. If you want an afternoon of toes in the sand, Island Beach is an easy ferry ride from the dock at Greenwich Harbor.
